As part of International Women’s Day, HBD asked us to create a series of videos promoting gender equality throughout their business. HBD wanted to give women a platform to highlight their stories and experience in what can be an overwhelmingly male dominated sector.

Our creative content took these personal anecdotes and paired them alongside slow motion portraits of the ladies moving their arms into an equals sign: the symbol of International Women’s Day.


This simple combination of story and silent image plays against the fast paced, click-though, scroll past content saturating platforms. Our idea was to slow the day down and invite the audience in to listen.

This video was used as part of a roll out on HBD’s blog and LinkedIn pages. We also delivered photography and specially curated posts to use in conjunction with the video across multiple channels.
